Tiger nuts are powerful little nutrient rich root vegetables (not nuts!) that only need rainwater to grow. We source ours ethically, including from a female farming collective in Burkina Faso, West Africa and then create our Barista Tiger Nut milk right here in Australia. 
We blend them with Australian Olive Oil - no seed oils around here, thank you very much! Our plant milk is delightfully free from dairy, nuts, soy and gluten. And yep, it’s FODMAP Friendly certified!
